Company History

  • May 1966

    Founded with the aim to manufacture and sell gas filters required for city gas producing & supplying facilities and strainer filters for general chemical plants

  • 1968

    Participated in the gas burner development organized by Research and Development Institute, Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.

  • 1972

    Gave full cooperation to the plan to convert calories to natural gas and started gas burner production according to users’ demand

  • February 1975

    Built our own factory in Nishi-rokugo, Ota-ku, Tokyo for enhancing the manufacturing department

  • February 1981

    Founded Tack Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary covering design & construction of gas furnaces and developing the design and construction system for combustion controllers and combustion pipes

  • August 1985

    Built the head-office building in Kita-kojiya, Ota-ku, Tokyo, establishing the integrated system for manufacturing, sales, design and construction

  • November 1995

    Formed a merger with Tack Engineering Co., Ltd., seeking expansion in new business fields

  • January 1996

    Opened a branch in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, establishing the design & construction system with the launch of Cogeneration Department

  • June 2005

    Integrated Nihonbashi Branch and Cogeneration Department, improving the system to meet total energy users’ demand

  • November 2011

    Built the new head-office building in Omori-kita, Ota-ku, Tokyo

  • January 2012

    Shigeru Takahashi assumed the president’s position, opening a new era of Takamitsu Engineering

  • May 2019

    Celebrated 50th anniversary of establishment
